Mosaic Wise Programmes support Young Adults from the age of 18 upwards in recognising their value and place in the workplace and wider society.

Phaesporia – The Enlightening Programme

Phaesporia, the enlightening programme is a support programme aimed at providing young adults coming out of care with support and guidance during the early years of their transition from the care system by:
• Supporting care leavers in developing a fuller understanding of who they are
• Helping them to understand their value and motivations
• Enabling them to appreciate and build their self worth
• Supporting them in recognising what they want from life and their place in society
• Guiding them in the development of a plan to achieve their objectives and taking the first steps to achieve them

The programme helps to support you in achieving this through:
Monthly talks and roundtable discussions
One to one coaching support
Mentoring support and guidance

One to One Support

Engaged For Success offers One to One Coaching and Mentoring support to teenagers and young adults that require additional or personalised support that extends beyond what is available in a group setting to enable them to achieve their objectives.
